Carlsen Mooring was founded in 1901 in the Sabine ship channel. The company began with the mission of providing superior line handling services to the region. These line handling services are still offered today in the Sabine ship channel.

Through our experience over the years, Carlsen has expanded its offering to include boat launch services. Launch services are currently offered in Sabine, Corpus Christi, Texas City, Houston and Florida  to include groceries, cold stores, ship supplies, spares, and crew changes. We are still based out of Port Arthur, Texas and continue to provide the service, quality and value that have guided the company since we began.
